Sales Development Representative

Job Purpose:

The Sales Development Representative is part of the Delivra Business Development team, responsible for identifying and qualifying all outbound prospecting leads.  This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a fantastic organization and develop into a larger part of the Delivra sales machine. The position is not a quota-carrying but is a key piece of the Delivra proactive business development.  The highly efficient SDR will NOT close deals, but creates and qualifies new sales opportunities, then passes them on to our Business Development Manager.

  • Grows sales by identifying new business opportunities and cultivate opportunities for future business development
  • Targets and pursues a well-defined prospect base utilizing a proven sales process & methodology
  • Prospects for potential business deals by contacting targeted Decision Makers
  • Qualifies opportunities by understanding prospects' business needs and objectives.
  • Builds quality sales funnel through cold calling, networking and other creative prospecting methods


  • Previous prospecting, phone based selling and/or, Inside Sales experience preferred
  • Passion for helping prospects uncover& identify their needs and facilitate a discussion towards building a appropriate solution mix
  • Ability to effectively blend work-ethic, personality and conversation style into a discovery discussion process with cold prospects;  “Sales-y” stiffs need not to apply. 
  • Ability to qualify leads based on prospects’ needs, not to old-school FBA’s (Features, Benefits, Advantages)
  • Willingness to maintain exceptional selling effort (sales activity, follow-up, sales funnel development, etc)  on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Experience in using to track, manage and report Lead Activities is preferred. 
  • Knowledge of digital marketing technology is preferred, a thirst to learn and apply knowledge is a must.
